Pilot Partner Circle

We’re building a core group of early pharmacy adopters to help shape how MedMe Clinical Assistant evolves.

As a Pilot Partner, you’ll be part of a feedback circle that directly influences product development, future features, and best practice recommendations. You'll also get early visibility into what's coming next, and your voice will help guide how AI fits into real-world pharmacy workflows.

The first activity in the program is a research study in partnership with the University of Waterloo, to evaluate how AI tools like MedMe Clinical Assistant influence real-world pharmacist workflows. By participating, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of AI in pharmacy.

What’s involved?

📝 Two surveys: one before the trial and one after you’ve had time to adopt and use the AI tools in your pharmacy

📣 Occasional feedback throughout your trial (e.g., short check-ins, quick surveys, or insight sharing)

We’ll keep it lightweight, respectful of your time, and focused on what matters most.

What you’ll get:

🎙️ Free Yeti Nano mic if you don’t have one — shipped at no cost

🛠️ Early access to new or experimental features

💬 Influence on product roadmap and design decisions
